* First write (or draw even) what you are making look gorish

* Noise --> Add noise --> 100/gaussian/monochromatic

* Ctrl + click on the text layer and stroke it with a dark red color on a new layer, using these settings: 3/center.

* Duplicate the stroke layer and put it under the text layer, go to the first stroke layer and do a motion blur on it using these settings: angle 0 and distance 74, and then 0/25.

* Now apply a motion blur (with transparency on) to the text layer. angle 12 / distance 17.

* Go to q (quick mask, using q) mode and use the airbrush (j) with 8 pressure to select some areas, jiggle the selection with these settings:
bubble size: 9
warp amount: 80
Twist: 90
Brownian Movement.
Now go back to normal mode (q again) and select inverse.

* On a new layer fill with a dark red color, and chenge the setting of the layer from normal to color burn, it should give you a blood looking effect.

* Texturize the text layer using the sandstone effect (texture --> texturizer), scaling 70 / relief 8.

* Now do a inner bevel to the text layer ( you can leave it like it is if you want, like you see it gives a cool look - stepsiete.jpg) using these settings:
Bevel width: 12
Bevel shape: button
Smoothness: 8
Shadow depth: 73
Highlight brightness: 34
Highlight sharpness: 4
Direction: 215
Inclination: 40

* Apply some hue/saturation (Ctrl + U) to the text layer to give it a grayish kind of metalish look.
